• Led UX design for Swift, a platform streamlining lead management, contracts, and sales for Concord Pacific’s real estate professionals.
Swift is an intuitive website application designed to streamline the real estate experience for Concord Pacific's realtors and agents. As a UX designer spearheading this project, I collaborated closely with stakeholders, project managers, designers, and engineers to create a comprehensive platform. Swift empowers users to efficiently organize their leads, seamlessly connect with potential buyers, and solicit suite preferences. the platform enables users to obtain vendor signatures, send out contracts, and ultimately complete sales, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow for real estate professionals. i curated the user journey maps, design system, wireframes, and prototypes.

wireframing
i created wireframes during a design workshop with the design team and product manager. we focused on structuring all the information in one condensed area so agents are able to access all information quickly. we hade wireframes for the lead detail, sales detail, appointments, and more. since it was built on react admin, we used the material ui design as a basis for our design system.

impact

we are consistently receiving feedback from our users and implementing new features, as well as improving our current product! i was also in charge of designing an internal email newsletter service to replace mailchimp, and for all processes to stay in-house. swift became the one-stop crm hub for all of concord pacific's agents and realtors.
